Acceptable Use Policy
What you can create with Logogo — and what's off-limits.
- 1
Purpose
Logogo is a tool for creating original business designs — logos, signs, menus, flyers, social graphics and similar assets. This policy sets the boundaries that keep the service safe, lawful and useful for everyone.
- 2
You may not use Logogo to create
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, including exact reproductions of protected logos, brands, characters, or copyrighted artwork you do not own or have permission to use. • Sexual, sexually suggestive, or nude content, and any content involving minors in a sexual context. • Content that promotes, glorifies or facilitates violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits. • Deceptive content designed to impersonate a real person, brand, government body, or media outlet, including political disinformation and deepfakes. • Fraudulent material: fake IDs, counterfeit currency, forged documents, phishing pages, or anything intended to deceive for financial gain. • Content that violates laws in your jurisdiction or ours (Queensland, Australia).
- 3
You may not use the platform to
• Circumvent rate limits, credit metering, watermarks or access controls. • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying AI models, prompts, weights or internal APIs. • Scrape, mirror, or automate the service outside of publicly documented interfaces. • Share your account or credits with unauthorized third parties, or resell generations as a competing service. • Attack our infrastructure, our providers, or other users (denial of service, injection, malware).
- 4
Your responsibility for outputs
AI-generated designs can accidentally resemble existing brands or protected work. Before publishing, printing, or commercially using anything produced with Logogo, you are responsible for confirming you have the rights to use it. When in doubt, run a trademark search or consult a designer/lawyer.
- 5
Reporting abuse & DMCA / copyright
If you believe content generated or hosted through Logogo infringes your rights, or if you want to report misuse of the platform, email go@logogo.ai with the URL or account involved, a description of the issue, and (for IP claims) proof of ownership. We review reports promptly and will remove infringing content and, where appropriate, suspend the responsible account.
- 6
Enforcement
We may remove content, revoke credits obtained through abuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy — with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
